American Character Butterball 23".. Butterball is one of the more popular of the American Character dolls. She is all vinyl..made of a material called Magi-foam. She has a cute rounded body, rooted reddish hair, and a watermelon smile. Her big sleep eyes have full lashes and open and close well. She has no damage. Her hair has a couple of thins spots but not very bad. It covers well. She is wearing a pink polka dot dress and a bonnet. Adorable little girl.
