CONNIE. Long silky hair, with bangs is a classic wig style that is always a favorite choice in our shop. The Connie size 12" wigs are available in light golden blonde or brown.
These wigs fit dolls with a head circumferance of 12 inches such as Baby Face dolls. To find out the head size of your doll, use a tape measure around the head, just above the ears. The ends of the Connie wig are curled up due to packaging. If you don't want the little flip on the end, you can straighten the wig with some heat from a hair dryer. Just be careful not to get it too hot or you can fry the hair. You can also dip the wig in very warm water to straighten (or curl) the hair. The hair fiber is good quality and can be washed and styled if you're careful. We always style our wigs when we put them on a doll: we comb and trim to get the "look" we want.
These beautiful wigs have a stretchy knit base that fits many dolls with 12-13 inch head size. These wigs are top quality with excellent construction and very nice hair fiber. You can style these wigs if you want to: I have used the boiling water method on them and the hair fiber holds up well.
