Stainless Steel Scalpel Set We have offered a hobby knife set in the past but we're not able to get them anymore, and that has turned out to be a good thing. I recently discovered scalpels and I think they are better than the exacto knife sets.
Our scalpel set is all stainless steel, so it won't rust. The blades are thinner and sharper than exacto blades, and stronger. And, because the scalpel has a different locking system to hold the blade in place, you can PULL as well as push with the blade. There's a special curved blade #12 that will probably be very appealing to the vinyl doll artists, because you can pull through the vinyl. CAUTION!! These scalpel blades are exceptionally sharp and can be dangerous so always use them with safety in mind and store them carefully. We recommend using a small pliers when changing the blades. (We recommend our CUTE PLIERS for this.)

I use my exacto style blade all the time. It's my favorite
tool for gluing eyelashes in place. If I keep the blade
clean in-between placements then the lashes don't
stick to the knife and I have a lot of control on how
and where to position the lashes, even in tiny places.
Fingers are just too big and clumsy for doing lashes. I
need a good tool, and this is my favorite.
