Lineman Style Pliers with Cutter.
This small size pliers is also a cutter. I use this tool a lot with my dolls. I especially need it when working with the felting needles. Our custom handle holds the felting needles very snug and so I use the pliers to change the needles. And, if a needle bends or breaks then I can cut it off with the pliers and get the needle out of the holder.

These pliers are so small and dainty they're kind of cute. Cute pliers. Just don't say that around any guys.
