This shoe size 72 fits almost all the American Girl type dolls. It does run wide, this is not a narrow shoe so it won't fit dolls such as Magic Attic very well.
These canvas sneakers do fit Baby Face dolls by Galoob. We bought these shoes specifically for our Baby Face boy dolls. Baby Faces can wear a slightly smaller size as well, but this 72mm size is great for boys.
If you're not sure of the shoe size your doll wears, then use the metric side of your ruler to measure the doll's foot. Metric measurements are much more precise for doll shoes. Your doll's foot needs to be a few millimeters shorter than the shoe measurement.
