It is a soft structure shoe that is not too showy on vintage dolls, and is not too frilly for european type dolls such as Gotz. And, it's not too young, so this shoe style is appropriate for young lady dolls who don't want to look like babies.

These shoes are 82 mm long and they are narrow so they are a very good fit for Chatty Cathy dolls (Chatty's foot is modeling the shoes.) Giggles Toddler, American Character PittyPat, and Madame Alexander Timmie Toddler are other walker type dolls that can wear this shoe. Saucy Walker loves these shoes. The shoes fit almost every 1960's 22 inch walker doll that I have tried them on.

If you're not sure of the shoe size your doll wears, then use the metric side of your ruler to measure the doll's foot. Metric measurements are much more precise for doll shoes. Your doll's foot needs to be a few millimeters shorter than the shoe measurement.
