Classic Patent MaryJanes 79mm
This feminine Mary Jane style buckle shoe is classic white patent vinyl with a little bow on the toe. This 79mm shoe is a standard size that fits many dolls such as Giggles toddler, Saucy Walker, Uneeda's Baby Dollikin who is 21" tall, Sayco's Mary Jane who is 24" tall, and other 18-24 inch toddler dolls and babydolls with a narrow foot. The white shoes fit some Chatty Cathy dolls but not all of them. They do fit Chatty Baby ok. The 82 to 85mm shoes fit Chatty better. Berenguer... these shoes fit the 17" LaNewborn Moments dolls. The shoes fit 22" Apple Valley dolls with the bent leg or straight leg but not the NumNum body. American Character PittyPat, and Madame Alexander Timmie Toddler are other walker type dolls that can wear this shoe. Yes, Saucy Walker loves these shoes. The shoes fit almost every 1960's 22 inch walker doll that I have tried them on. Our 18" Gotz doll is the same size as American Girl, and she is modeling the black shoes in the photo below. The shoes are a little long in the toe but fit very well in the heel and ankle. The black shoes do not have a bow on the toe.
The sole measurement of the shoe is 79 mm long or just over 3 inches. Vintage dolls with the fan shaped, separated toes cannot wear this style, the foot is too wide across the toes. Socks are not included. Dolls shown below are wearing the white and the black shoes to model for you.
