Sewing Pattern for 3 Dresses & 2 Diapers

This pattern is for three dress styles: 1. Full skirt 2. Full skirt with contrast border and 3. drop waist dress with ruffled hem. The dresses have three sleeve variations: puff sleeve, butterfly sleeve or short sleeve. The photos on this page show dresses that I have made with these patterns.

There are many possibilities for variations especially if you use lace and trims creatively. There is only one example for the drop waist pattern, which black Sherri is wearing. The drop waist pattern is brand new.

Two diaper patterns are included. The original Butterick pattern provides a pattern for a padded diaper, which I do not like. Baby Face is pear shaped and does not need more padding on her derriere. So, I made a smaller diaper pattern that does not require padding. This diaper is made using two layers of fabric (stitched, clipped, turned and add velcro for closure.)

In addition, I made an even smaller diaper pattern for use with vinyl tablecloth fabric (the kind that has cotton backing on one side.) This pattern uses only one layer of fabric, zig-zagged around the edge and add velcro for closure.

Minimal instructions are included. This is not a simplicity pattern and novice seamstresses might not be comfortable with using it but I think most ladies who sew will find it easy to work with. I cannot provide online support.

Yes, all PrillyCharmin patterns are REAL sewing patterns, copied on large size paper, that you cut out and use with fabric.
