~ Sewing Pattern ~
Pants, Hats, Shirts for Denny & Charlie

This is the pattern for the reproduction Denny & Charlie outfits that I designed. The sewing pattern includes pants, shirt and baseball hat for Denny, as well as shorts, shirt and sailor hat for Charlie.

The Denny pants have elastic at waist and hem. The shirt has a short sleeve with a ribbon stripe down the middle, and rib knit edging at the neckline. Velcro closure at the back.

The baseball hat is a five panel baseball style cap with visor and it is fully lined. The sailor hat is a four panel cap with brim.

This pattern can also be used for pants, shorts and shirts for any of the Baby Face dolls. I use the pants pattern all the time but I don't put elastic in the hem of course.

Minimal instructions are included. This is not a simplicity pattern and novice seamstresses might not be comfortable with using it but I think most ladies who sew will find it easy to work with. I cannot provide online support.

Materials needed for Denny: blue and white stripe fabric, blue ribknit fabric, white knit fabric, heavy royal blue broadcloth, velcro and 1/4 inch elastic.

Materials needed for Charlie: red and white stripe fabric, blue fabric with small stars, navy knit fabric, white canvas, velcro and 1/4 inch elastic.

My custom appliques for Denny or Charlie may be purchased in the shop as well.
