Gracie 2007
Gracie is part of the extremely popular Ann Estelle series designed by Robert Tonner for Mary Engelbreit. Gracie for 2007 is "Pretty in Pink". She has jointed knees, which Tonner introducted on their AE dolls in 2006. This Gracie is also different because she has auburn hair and actually looks somewhat hispanic rather than oriental. Our other Gracie dolls do not have the jointed knees, and actually I think Tonner could have done much better than these huge Pinocchio knees (what was he thinking?) ... but she's poseable and she can SIT, so what can I say. (The older dolls have very pretty, slender legs.) Robert Tonner's dolls are made for collectors and children alike. Because of small parts, Gracie is not recommended for children under 5.
