This is classic molded hair Patsy with side glancing eyes. She is wearing a bedtime/bathtime outfit that includes a real chenille robe and flannel jammies. The little toy is only a photo prop, but she does come with her own monogrammed yellow towel as an accessory. Her robe has yellow ducky appliques and the terrycloth ducky slippers are adorable.

Patsy is a vintage reproduction made with the gorgeous Tonner vinyl. (Robert Tonner bought the Effanbee company.) Patsy is fully jointed and strung in the old fashioned manner. Patsy was introduced by Effanbee as a composition doll in the 1930's. I don't think she was ever made in vinyl until Tonner resurrected this charming classic that has been adored by doll collectors for 75 years or more.
