This is the 9" Patsyette reproduction doll by Effanbee and Robert Tonner. I like the 9" size a lot better than the new 10" dolls, which have a big barrel shaped body that is quite odd. These 9" dolls are dainty little cuties that really do look like the early Patsy dolls. Patsyette wears a sweet little yellow dress with lavendar embroidery. She comes with a tiny easter basket and her matching easter bonnet. This is a new doll, mint in box.
