You may click any of the photos above to see a larger photo! This tyrolean style dress was made in Europe by White Balloon, for one of the artist dolls by Pamela Phillips. These beautiful dresses are factory leftovers.

The dresses fit the 24" Saucy Walker dolls perfectly, as if made for them. They also fit our Sweet Sue doll, who is 24 inches tall and another Ideal doll that has a body somewhat like Saucy's. Sweet Sue's chest measurement is approximately 12 inches, and Saucy Walker has chest/waist measurement of a little more than 12.5 inches. The dresses seem to fit most 24" dolls with a chest/waist of less than 13 inches.

The gown is very well made, with blouson top that is fully lined, sheer cotton voile sleeves, and the attached skirt has grosgrain ribbon for trim.

For a little different look, I cut the sleeves on the dress that Sweet Sue is wearing (see photo, above) and stitched some elastic to the ribbon that is already on the sleeve. This was an easy way to make a short sleeve.
