This most unusual dress was designed by Helen Kish for one of her European dolls. I have revised it a little bit so it fits Ann Estelle and similar 10" dolls. The skirt has been made into culottes, so the very full skirt hangs the way it should. The bodice is felt with embroidery.

Dress closes at the back with velcro. The outfit includes dress and matching hairtie, plus a pair of the black tights.

I shortened the tights for Ann Estelle: I took about 1/2 inch off at the toes so they would be the right length for her, and stitched them shut. Since I don't know what doll you will be putting these on, the tights will not be adjusted. It's easy to do that even with a needle and thread.
