This playsuit fits best on dolls with a short body: if the doll's measurement from the back of the neck to mid-crotch is 6.5 inches or less. The playsuit is roomy in the hips but normal in the shoulders so it doesn't fit chubby dolls. It does fit many infant dolls that are 12-13" long.
