Our shipping rates are based on what it costs to send 1 box of goods. If you order multiple case lots of dolls, we need to add $10 to shipping costs for each additional case.

When you order Berenguer dolls by the CASE Lot, they are ordered from the warehouse and it does take a few days to get them.

Case Lots of Berenguer Dolls may not be returned, because the Cases are ordered just for the Customer: we do not stock most of the doll styles that are sold by the Case.
