These sturdy white plastic hangers fit the American Girl size dolly clothing, as well as Bitty Baby sizes. They measure 5 3/4 inches wide at the "shoulders" and 7 inches high including the hook.

These are good quality white plastic hangers. You can hang elastic pants around the lower part of the hanger, or push them through the slot. Six in a package.
