A few years ago I made a "Battery Bunny" using an Energizer Battery drum that I found at a thrift store. The bunny suit also came from a thrift store: I used a plush rabbit and pulled out the stuffings. The "seat" of the bunny is open and the whole suit pulls over the doll's head. This was an easy costume to make, and so cute!

Whether you want to make your own "Battery Bunny" or just want to start up a Baby Face Band, this is a very cute dolly toy. The drum has a harness to go around the doll's neck, and two plastic drumsticks.

I use clear plastic rubber bands to hold props and toys on the doll's hands. You can't see the clear plastic bands. I don't like to use them in hair, they tend to disintegrate too fast if there is any oil or conditioner in the doll's hair. But the clear bands are good to have "on hand" so your dolls can hold onto things.
