These are real mylar ballons in a small size. They are very interesting because they are self-inflating. You squeeze a little bag that's inside the balloon, and when it breaks the mix inside inflates the balloon. You just have to attach it to the stick with the pieces provided.

Appropriate size for medium dolls 14" to 24". You get two balloons in the package. The greetings say Happy Birthday, or I Love You. Random assortment, each package is different.
