Delicate Sinemay Picture Hat

This is a delicate natural color woven sinemay hat that can be dressy or casual. The wide brim style is called a picture hat, possibly because it frames the face like a picture. As with all the hats in the shop, they are plain and ready for decorating. You can add flowers, ribbons or other cute decorations. Or, leave it plain. This size was special ordered because it fits Baby Face - I have never found this size in craft or hobby stores. The hat will also fit American Girl and other 18 inch dolls.
