Vintage 60's Coolie Hat & Purses

Brikette is modeling our vintage Coolie hat. These were made in the 1960's, or possibly earlier. They are very well made straw with glittery gold threads woven in. The hat is lined with a silk type light gray lining. The hat has an elastic strap. Little felt flowers accent the hat.

Oriental styles were very popular at the time, so of course the vintage Fashion dollies such as Miss Revlon and the especially the Uneeda Dollikins wore oriental fashions. These Coolie hats were the perfect accessory.

The Coolie hats fit head sizes of approx. 9-10 inches.

The Coolie hats have matching purses in several styles. These purses are the right size for dolls 14" to 18" tall.
